La Stone (Hot Rocks)

Our newest massage therapy technique, La Stone Therapy, uses hot and cold basalt and marble stones to elicit a deeper body response. The vascular gymnastics that result from this treatment help your circulatory system to promote self-healing. The result is a body that is both energized and relaxed.

Swedish

This is the most common form of massage. Five basic strokes are used to manipulate the body into total relaxation. The pressure can be adjusted from light to deep.

Deep Tissue

Loosen up tight muscles with a deep tissue massage. It uses short, very slow strokes, melting the surrounding tissue to make them more pliable. The deep tissue massage is often incorporated into a Swedish massage for problem areas.
